  2. 100 grams Oysters
  3. 1/2 packet Shimeji mushrooms
  4. 1 stalk Asparagus
  5. 1 dash Salt and pepper
  6. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  7. 1 clove Garlic
  8. 1 Red chili pepper
  9. 5 grams Butter
  10. 1 tsp Soy sauce
  11. 50 ml Pasta cooking water

Instructions to make to make Oyster Spaghetti

  1. Use a peeler to peel the asparagus at the stalk and root and cut up roughly. Remove the stem from the garlic. Remove the seeds from the red chili pepper and cut into small pieces. Break up the shimeji mushrooms.
