  2. Veggies should be well cooked with some browning. Add veggies and mix and sauté about 10 Mins, The moisture from veggies will help deglazing your pot. - add garlic. Sauté 2 Mins - Cook all on Med high until everything is nice and brown. Allow contents to stick a little.
  3. Deglaze the bottom of the pot completely by adding a little broth. Add seasonings.
  4. Add stock to pot, mix well. Toss in pasta, Cook covered for 10 Mins. Uncover and cook until pasta is tender. If liquid remains turn it on high to cook the liquid out stirring constantly. Turn off heat, let cool for 5 mins.
